The original house was built in 2012 but not completed, and had several violations created by the original builder, as well as being very poorly designed. The new owner is working with us and the city of Los Angeles to correct the violations and remodel the house.

Our new design completely re-imagines the house, which is high on a hill with sweeping views of ocean, city lights, mountains and canyons from all three levels. The new design will terrace the levels and create expansive decks with glass railings, including an infinity pool and spa at the lower level. The entry at the street is at the upper level, which opens to a great room with floor to ceiling glass and multi panel disappearing glass doors to the view and deck. The mid level contains the master bedroom, which opens to a private deck with floor to ceiling glass. The lower level contains bedroom and entertainment room with a 23 foot floor to ceiling multi-panel glass door opening to a large deck with an infinity pool and spa.

When completed, the house will be approximately 3600 square feet.
