Mansour Jahanbin has been in the construction industry for 29 years, building high quality homes and remodels in Los Angeles and Orange County. He founded Oxford Construction in 1992 , and has put together a team of highly skilled and dedicated craftsmen. Mansour has a passion for building, and has built a reputation for integrity, customer service, and attention to detail. Producing fine custom homes of superior quality and design is the hallmark of Oxford
Construction, and of utmost importance is Mansour's integrity and reputation for excellence in his work.
He began building homes and remodels in the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles area in 1987, quickly establishing Oxford Construction as a premier builder.
In 2004, Oxford Construction expanded to the Orange County area, and soon became known for their quality designs, competitive budgets, and timely completion of projects. Oxford Construction currently has projects completed and under construction in Studio City, San Fernando Valley, Beverly Hills, Laguna Beach, and Irvine.
Mansour is knowledgeable of local and regional building and planning codes, City processing, and is known for his ability to establish rapport and confidence with city officials and building inspectors.
Large or small, hillside or flat, there is no project that Oxford Construction cannot handle.
David M. Parker, Architect

David M. Parker, Architect, received his California Architect's License in 1988, when he was a chief designer at Stewart Woodard and Associates, a prestigious Newport Beach firm. In 1991, he began his private practice, designing custom homes and remodels in the coastal areas of Orange County, later expanding into the greater Los Angeles area.
In 2012, he joined forces with Oxford Construction. David has a Fine Arts background, and is a design oriented architect known for his unique organic custom homes. He enjoys working on challenging building sites, and has designed numerous homes in the steep hills of Laguna Beach and other areas. His primary influences are architects Frank Lloyd Wright, John Lautner, and Frank Gehry.
David has projects built and under construction in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Studio City, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Irvine, and other areas in Southern California. He has more than 35 years of experience and has obtained approvals from some of the most difficult cities in the country, such as Laguna Beach and Santa Monica.
He believes that architecture should be for the maximum enjoyment for people, and that the purpose of architecture is to create a life enriching living experience.
