Development
Oxford Construction recently embarked into commercial development in Inglewood, southwest of Los Angeles County California and develop the process of creating value by making tangible improvements to existing commercial properties. Managing from land use entitlements to site acquisition, site planning, design and construction and re-lease of existing buildings.
We remain flexible in understanding these roles and every stage that involves in the development process itself, from conception to completion and ensuring efficiency of time and cost . Our distinct set of complementary steps as contractor developer gives us the capability to achieve the best possible outcome whether to remodel, expand or build new.
